Peace is a Practice

By

Peace doesn’t knock loud.

It waits by the door of your awareness.

You won’t find it in the noise —

you build it in the moments you choose to breathe.

Peace is not a prize at the end of the chaos,

It’s a muscle you stretch in the middle of it.

🌿 A Gentle Reminder

So often, we wait for peace to show up —

after the stress,

after the inbox is cleared,

after the pain goes away.

But peace isn’t passive.

It’s a practice.

A series of conscious choices:

  • To slow your response
  • To anchor your thoughts
  • To forgive yourself and others
  • To breathe instead of react

🧘🏾‍♀️ A Prompt for Today:

Where can you practice peace today — not just wish for it?

Is it in your tone?

Your schedule?

Your silence?

What does practicing peace look like for you today?

Tag someone who inspires calm just by being themselves.

With love and stillness.
